Internal routes require server-verified membership, permissions and an MFA attestation from a configured workforce authorisation service. Access remains closed until this connection is ready.

The proposed RFP workflow accepts PDF files into restricted quarantine. Only a successful malware scan and an authorised reviewer can progress a document. Uploads remain unavailable until storage, scanning and retention are configured.

No certification, external audit or independent assurance is claimed. Security architecture and assurance evidence should be reviewed during procurement.
